We went the Theo's for lunch and mom and I shared a french dip which was sooo good. We think they make their bread because it was so fresh and soft. Then our plan was to go to Voodoo doughnuts cause we heard that it is the BEST. We walked around and found it but it was closed for the yearly employee party :(

WWWHHHAAATTTT?!?!?!?!?!

Check these out! Josh has been wanting these FOREVER and when we were in Washington he kept on asking if we could go to REI so that he could try them on. When we got to the South Center REI went in and he asked the guy if they had them since he did not see them. He got so excited about them said that his wife had a pair and SHE LOVES THEM. I couldn't help but laugh because really they are Funny looking. Unfortunately they did not have them in the store and so we called the Seattle store and they were all out to. WOW they are popular...who knew. So when we got home Josh ordered them to deliver at the house. He got 2 day shipping but that sure did not work he didn't get them until 4 days later and when he did he was so excited but then soon realized that it is going to be a chore to put each toe into the proper place.

Check out their website and what they say about them.....Vibram Five Fingers

The typical human foot is an anatomical marvel of evolution with 26 bones, 33 joints, 20 muscles, and hundreds of sensory receptors, tendons and ligaments. Like the rest of the body, to keep our feet healthy, they need to be stimulated and exercised.

That’s why we recommend wearing FiveFingers for exercise, play, and for fun. Stimulating the muscles in your feet and lower legs will not only make you stronger and healthier, it improves your balance, agility and proprioception.

Feeling Uplifted from Washington

I am back from spending some time in Washington. I really enjoyed my trip. It was so different then usual because of my dad being in Spokane and then knowing that they are trying to sell the house. God is doing such amazing things in my parents life by moving to Spokane and doing what God has offered them. I am just so excited for them. And seeing my dad. He just seems different. Drawing closer to God and going along on His path has made my Dad even more loving then he is. I don't even know how that is possible but it is.

The trip for me was just relaxing and a bit refreshing for my life. Even though I am back today and didn't get much sleep last night and woke up at 7 to go to work. Walking around work like a zombie. Today I still know how my trip was and being around my family has been uplifting.

We did one of my favorite things to do in Washington and that was going to the Lattin's Country Cider Mill. I was bummed that they were all out of the camelos that I LOVE!!!! But walking around in the rain holding onto the handmade Spiced Cider, their is just nothing like it. We tried to take some photos of Josh and I while we were there because well we just don't have that many since I am always the one taking the pictures.

Look at those eyes :)

All the goats put their head through the gate because they just wanted to have some grain. Not because they were excited to see us.

We got some spiced cider to warm us up as we walked around. Seriously the BEST EVER!!!!

Baby Moment

My mom, dad, Josh and I all drove to the hospital to meet Shaina and Dylan after their first ultrasound. We waited in the cafeteria with anticipation in seeing the first picture of the little baby. When they came through the doors seeing the smile on their faces were just priceless. We all sat around the table and had some cinnamon rolls and talked about the baby.

I am so glad that I was able to be here for that moment it is just unforgettable.
I just had to take a couple pictures of Shaina and Dylan with their first picture of their little one.

Amazing Things....

I have arrived in Washington and I am just enjoying it so much. My dad wasn't able to show up until this morning at 9:30. I was sitting on the couch and he started pounding on the door and so i rose the curtain up with peeking my head on the bottom upside down. Seeing that my dad had a BIG smile on his face :) Got to love seeing my dad and giving him a BIG huge! Then Chica follow so excited that she kept on huffing and puffing as she rubbed her strong body into my legs.

We are in the process of baking the homemade cinnamon rolls but I just don't know because it was to cold in the house for them to rise. :( so they are not as big as usual. But I am sure they will still taste as YUMMY as usual!

This trip so far has been so nice. Spending time with Shaina and Dylan and my Mom watching T.V. and relaxing. It is different from both of Josh and I's busy schedule. I LOVE IT!

I got this onsie made for the new baby in the family. When Shaina saw it she got teary-eyed it was to cute. I told her the baby has to wear it all the time ;)

Tomorrow...Tomorrow...Tomorrow

I woke up this morning and the only thing I could think about is TOMORROW because I leave to go to Washington to visit my family. As you know I was not home for Christmas this year even though it was a difficult for me to be away from my family I did get through it. And I feel like I have accomplished it...haha...okay that might sound weird to some of you...but I feel like a little part of me has grown up :)

And now I am so glad that the time has come to see my family again. I have truly been blessed since living in California when I think about the times that I have had the opportunity to go to Washington. It has been at least 2 to 3 times a year. And when I am away even gone for 3 months I start feeling like it has been FOREVER but I just need to remind myself that God has given me so many opportunities to fly to Washington and He has put me in California for a reason.

This trip is even more special because Shaina is pregnant. And just to be around her during this time means so much to me.

I can't WAIT to see family and friends and to just relax from both of Josh and I's extremely busy lives these past few months.

Can I just say Auntie ME ME....

So a couple of days after Christmas my dad called my phone but I didn't have it near me so he called Josh and he answered. We then discovered that we needed to get Melissa on the phone too. So my dad set up a conference call and we were all on the phone as a family together. Then we heard Shaina say sooooo I AM PREGNANT!!!! Can I just say YES Melissa and I were a TOTAL MESS!!!! So overwhelmed with Excitement we were crying so much. And Josh and Jon are just like yup that is the Kolcz girls....lol....We just can't help but cry. We are just so close and it is just so hard to be apart during these moments. I am thrilled that I get to finally be Auntie Me Me.

I had to show off my little sis and her husband. I can't wait to see her on Monday!
